At the Annual Tomato Festival-5 in the city of St. Louis, Tom Coghill and assisted by 90 volunteers, make a BLT sandwich (bacon-lettuce-tomato) with a length of 54.61 meters, beating the previous record of 50.51 meters long

To make this sandwich, they need:
- 226.8 kg bacon
- 580.6 kg of tomatoes
- 100 hump lettuce.
